Every Street (Fernhill) HWRC Only residents of Greater Manchester (excluding Wigan) can take waste and recycling from their own home to this Recycling Centre free of charge. This includes waste from normal day-to-day household activities and DIY jobs. Vehicles are monitored to make sure the Recycling Centres are only being used for household waste. Waste from any trade or commercial activity cannot be taken to the Recycling Centres. This includes any waste produced by tradesmen or builders you hired to carry out improvements, repair or alterations to your home.
